House Rules

The tenant and his flatmates are obliged to treat the rented property with care and must also show consideration for neighbours. The rental property may only be occupied by the specified maximum number of persons, including children and babies. An overcrowding can lead to extra costs or even to the refusal of the house delivery. The cleaning of kitchen utensils (cutlery, pans, plates, etc.) and fireplaces, grills and fireplaces as well as the disposal of household waste are part of the tenant's duties and are not included in the final cleaning.

It is forbidden to relocate furniture in the rented property. The tenant and his flatmates are liable for any damage caused to the rented property, unless the damage is caused by normal wear and tear.

The house must be left swept clean at the end of the rental period. Please report any damage or grievances when you move into the property, within 48 hours of moving in, so that they can be repaired as quickly as possible. If this does not happen, your right to the removal of defects or reduction of rent expires. The landlord does not assume any liability in the event of theft, damage and accidents that may occur to persons or property.
